When you have too much left over cooked pasta – this is a yummy dessert option, if you don’t want left over bolognese for days.
1 bag of cooked noodles
375g ricotta
1/2 cup cream
3 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup dried fruit
100g melted butter
Bake 35 mins at 160°
It goes all cruchy on top. And the center is somewhere between cheescake and rice pudding.
Some people sprinkle cornflakes on top for extra crunch.
